2017-2018 Elementary Admissions Response

Elementary Decision Letters are due to be mailed to families by March 31st for 6th graders, and after April 15th for K-5th grade.

On behalf of the HBA Admissions Committee, congratulations on qualifying for the 2017-2018 school year. We appreciate you taking the time to submit the following reply form. It will assist us in reserving spots for students in the appropriate grade levels.

Note: This reply form does not apply to current HBA students.

REPLY DEADLINE:

  • April 17, 2017 for 6th grade
  • May 10, 2017 for K-5th grade
  • When applicable, as noted on the offer of acceptance.
Please list the school you plan to have your child attend (list all schools if considering more than one). Thank you for considering HBA and for taking the time to complete this form.​​​​
